No. Revify drafts replies in your brand voice, but nothing is ever published without your approval. You stay in full control of every response.
Where a platform offers an official API we use it with OAuth, which is how Google, Facebook and Instagram connect. Where one does not, we take your own export from that platform instead. We never ask for or store your platform passwords, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.
You pay for volume, not seats. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of reviews and social comments: 100 on Starter, 250 on Growth and 500 on Pro. One OTA review and one Facebook or Instagram comment thread each count as a single item. Past 500 a month we quote you on your own volume.
