Pricing

You pay for reviews, not for seats

Charging per user punishes you for putting the duty manager on it, which is the person who should be on it. So the meter runs on volume of reviews, and the whole team is included on every plan.

What actually counts as one item

Metered pricing is only fair if you can predict it, and you cannot predict it unless somebody tells you what the meter is counting. Why we price it this way.

  • A review on Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia or Booking.com counts as one item

Counted once when it arrives, however long it is.

  • A comment thread on Facebook or Instagram counts as one item

The thread counts once, not once per reply inside it. Growth and above.

  • Your replies does not count towards your volume

Replying is never metered. Draft five versions if you want to.

  • Users, seats and logins does not count towards your volume

Add the whole team. A general manager and a duty manager cost the same as one.

  • Reviews already in your history does not count towards your volume

What we import on day one is not charged. Only what arrives after you connect.

Billing questions, answered properly

What happens if we go over the included volume?
Nothing breaks and nothing is hidden. Reviews keep arriving and you keep replying. We show the overage in the workspace as it accrues, and if a month runs consistently above your plan we will tell you rather than let it quietly cost more than the tier above.
Is the trial really free, and do you take a card?
Fourteen days, no card. You connect a property, we import the recent history, and you see your own reviews rather than a demo account. If you do nothing at the end of it the trial simply stops.
Can we change plan later?
Up or down, at any point. Moving up applies immediately and is prorated. Moving down applies at your next billing date, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Annual is 20 per cent cheaper and billed once. Monthly has no commitment and can be cancelled whenever you like, which is the point of offering it.
What does a group with several properties pay?
One subscription covering every property, metered on the combined volume, rather than one subscription per hotel. Volume is what costs us money, so volume is what we charge for. Past 500 items a month the rate keeps stepping down, which is what the Enterprise band is.
Which currency, and is VAT included?
Euro. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added where it applies depending on where your business is registered.

Fourteen days, your own reviews, no card

Connect one property and we import its recent history, so what you are looking at on day one is your business rather than a sample account.

Cancel any time. Your data exports with you.
