About

Built in Malta, for people who run properties

Revify is made by MPiFY, a software company in Malta. It is built alongside the hotels and restaurants that use it, which is the only reason it works the way it does.

Why it exists

A general manager with four properties has reviews landing on six platforms, each with its own login, its own inbox and its own idea of what a reply should look like. The realistic options were to check them all every morning, which nobody does for long, or to check them when something goes wrong, which is far too late.

The tools that existed were built for enterprise groups and priced for them, or they charged per seat, which quietly taught properties to keep the number of people who could reply as small as possible. That is the opposite of what a busy front desk needs, and it is why our own pricing meters review volume rather than seats. So we built the thing we wanted: one inbox, a draft reply waiting in the property’s own voice, and an honest read of what guests keep saying. Ten minutes in the morning instead of an afternoon a week.

It is used in Malta and the United Kingdom, by hotel groups and by single restaurants, and it is developed against real properties with real guests rather than against a demo database. That is slower. It is also the reason the product knows that a complaint about breakfast belongs with the food and beverage manager and not in a marketing report.

What we will not do

Four decisions that shaped the product more than any feature did.

A person presses send

Revify drafts the reply and then stops. Nothing reaches a guest without somebody at the property reading it first. An AI that posts on its own behalf will eventually post something you would never have said, under your name, to a guest who is already unhappy.

Official connections only

Google, Facebook and Instagram connect over OAuth. Where a platform offers no API, we import the property's own export from it. We never ask for or store your platform passwords, and any integration can be disconnected at any time.

Aspect, not stars

A four star average tells you nothing you can act on. Reviews get read by what they are actually about, so the answer is that breakfast slipped in August and the rooms are fine, which is a thing a head of department can do something about on Monday.

No numbers we cannot stand behind

You will not find an invented statistic on this site, or a testimonial from somebody who does not exist. It is a low bar for a company selling review integrity, and it is remarkable how many clear it by walking round.

Who builds it

A small team, which is why you tend to get an answer from somebody who wrote the thing you are asking about.
